Hummus wrap

"Okay, Optima, your hummus recipe is not that bad. But now, I have a full jar and no idea of how I could empty it..."

Because the easiest solution is sometimes the best, and because I'm one of the most lazy dude in the world, my answer is: "Wrap it!"

Wrap it with arugula, cherry tomatoes, radish, black olive, sriracha and everything that makes you happy.
As I said in my previous article, hummus is extremely versatile and you can do almost whatever you want with it.
