Roasted veggies and tofu

oven roasted veggies with tofu


Who is lazy today? Who wants to have a delicious home cooked meal without efforts? Who wants to let the oven make almost all the job for him/her?

Roasted veggies is the solution!

No time to waste! Let's share the recipe:


Ingredients:

- 1 parnship
- 1 carrot
- 1 small sweet potato
- 6-7 flower sprouts
- 1 red onion
- 1tbs olive oil
- 2tbs maple syrup
- 1ts garlic powder
- 1ts dried oregano
- salt

- 100gr firm tofu
- 1tbs bbq sauce
- 2tbs soy sauce

Instructions:

Preheat your oven at 200°C.

Cut the veggies into the desired shape (not too thick nor thin!).
Combine olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, dried oregano and salt, pour the mixture into the veggies, stir well until everything is well coated and bake them during 40 minutes.

Drain and cube the tofu. Coat it with a mixture of soy sauce and bbq sauce. Place it into the oven 10 minutes before the end of baking time.

Your perfect easy-peasy dinner is done!
